Very disappointed I ordered two starter packs, one medium and one small. I honestly don’t understand how this makes the chew stick last longer. I give my dogs chicken collagen rolls everyday, but they won’t chew these. I’m really disappointed, and hate I spent $69 on this useless item.

Sorry to hear your doggies are not enjoying our chicken flavored BEEF collagen rolls. Unfortunately, some dogs are more selective on what they like and dont like, one of my dogs is like that.
Customer service is a high priority for us so we always appreciate when customers contact us first. We like to start by offering other product options that your dog may like better although providing a FULL REFUND is always an option.
I'm a little confused about your comment that the holder does not make the chew last longer. It's hard to get to that point if your dog isnt chewing the chew stick. The Hold-a-Chew does not make the chew last longer; however, it does make it easier for the dog to chew AND helps prevent swallowing large pieces that could lead to choking or blockage. Some dogs will continue to work on the stub and the holder for quite some time when most of the chew stick is gone as the holder is a chewable nylon polymer that will RUFF up when chewed on but not chip or break.

Love the Hold-A-Chew...Thanks Bob & Tom! I heard about Chew Works on The Bob & Tom Show. I ordered the starter pack for my super-chewer Doberman mix girl. She goes absolutely NUTS when I get out the Hold-A-Chew! I love that it makes chewing safer for her and also that it keeps her from rolling her chews around on the carpet which can sometimes lead to staining. Great product!

Great invention Bough the starter pack for our Yorkshire puppy and she loved it, chewed on it all day, the bone that holds the chew stick allows dogs to hold it still while they chew, also allows you to adjust the length of the chew stick so puppies won’t choke or try to eat the entire stick, really smart invention and the stick is actually healthy for your dog
So glad the Hold-a-Chew and collagen chew sticks are keeping your Yorkie busy and safe!
