I'm sorry you were unable to find the collagen rolls with the drilled holes on our website. There is a specific tile on the shopping page for chew sticks with drilled holes. I understand that not getting what you expect can be frustrating; however, I would assume you have been happy with our products otherwise, based on the 14 previous orders that you have placed.
I have already sent a return label to you so you can return the chew sticks without holes. I also ordered replacements with drilled holes that will ship to you on Monday.

Like these bones I love these for my dogs. As a retiree, I do wait for any sales because I buy for 3 dogs, medium to large. I think this is the best choice for chews as I won't use rawhide. I bought the holder for large bones but chose not to use it as I have only one. I throw the bones out when they are about 3-4 inches long as I don't want the dogs to choke.

We are happy to hear that your doggies love our rawhide free collagen rolls. We certainly understand working within a budget but I want to make sure your dogs are happy and SAFE.
We invented the Hold-a-Chew to hold chew sticks so dogs can not swallow large pieces of the chew stick. As the chew stick gets smaller they tend to put the entire stick in their mouth and chew it like a cigar. That is the time that they tend to swallow the entire chew stick so somebody does not take it OR if they are like our Lucy, just to get it in her belly asap :)

Chicken flavored collagen rolls The chicken flavored collagen rolls are great, and my dogs love them! I have tried the plain ones which they don't like as well. The problem I have is with the Mini stick holder. The dogs somehow are getting the stick out of the holder and swallowing the whole thing, which concerns me because of choking. I tighten the holder as tight as I can but still have this problem. One of the holders I have is so hard to turn I can no longer use it, I have taken it apart and washed it in hot soapy water but did not help. I will appreciate any advice you can give me. Thank you!

We always appreciate hearing from customers so we can continue to improve our products and service. If your Hold-a-Chew is not performing correctly, I would be happy to send a replacement. Below are several tips that you may want to try first:
- When you clean the Hold-a-Chew, soak it first, scrub with a toothbrush, let the 2 parts air dry for 24 hours before you reassemble.
- Center the chew stick in the holder instead of tightening at the end.
- Use the chew stick for leverage as you tighten it in the holder.
- Re-tighten (if neccessary) after 5-10 minutes of chewing.
IF your dogs are strong enough to pull the chew stick out, you should probably go to the Junior size Hold-a-Chew. Small dogs are typically not strong enough to pull the stick from the Mini holder.
